Shipping
We do shipping once the ordered is confirmed. The shipping normally takes maximum 24hrs in Dubai once the the order is confirmed and 24hrs to 48hrs if located in Sharjah and Ajman.
Shipping cost normally varies based on the location and quantity of orders
- Dubai – Order less than AED 100 the delivery charges are AED 18.75
- Dubai – Order more than AED 100 free delivery
- Sharjah- Order less than AED 200 the delivery charges are AED 18.75
- Sharjah- Order more than 200 free delivery
- Ajman- Order less than AED 200 the delivery charges are AED 18.75
- Ajman- Order more than 200 free delivery
Cancelling order
We try to fulfill orders very quickly and are able to cancel or edit any orders you can contact us via mail, WhatsApp or call and update the order. Cancellation can be done through your profile or just leave a mail stating the cancellation.
At present we only have cash on delivery but if you paid through card the amount will be either transferred into your profile or can be refunded back into your account between 10 to 15 days.
To you change shipping address the delivery person will call you up before delivery you can update the person or leave a message on WhatsApp or update your address in your profile.
Return Policy and terms
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hrs. If 24hrs have passed since the product has been delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 24hrs after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
